Frequently Asked Questions

General

What is Zeus.ai? Zeus.ai is a location intelligence platform that uses AI to help businesses make smarter site selection decisions. It combines interactive maps, data analytics, and AI-powered scoring to evaluate site potential.

How do I get started? Sign in to your account and you'll land on the Projects page. From there, search or filter to find a project and click Enter Map to open it.

What browsers are supported? Zeus.ai works in all modern evergreen browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, use the latest version of your browser.

Projects

How do I find a specific project? Use the search bar at the top of the Projects page. It filters by project name in real time as you type — no need to press Enter. See Searching Projects.

What filters are available on the Projects page? Three filters: Last Rebuild Date Range, Last Modified Date Range, and Power Score Range. All filters combine with AND logic, so a project must match every active filter to appear. See Filtering Projects.

What is the Power Score? The Power Score is a 0–100 AI-generated score representing the revenue potential of a location. Scores are grouped into tiers — from "Not Enough Data" (0–49.99) up to "Impossible" (97.5–100). See Power Score Tiers.

What does "Never" in red mean on a project? A red "Never" in the Last Rebuild Date column means the AI model has never been run for that project. Running a rebuild may produce a Power Score once enough data is available.

What is the default sort order? Projects are sorted by Project Name in ascending (A–Z) order by default. Click any column header to change the sort column or direction. See Sorting Projects.

Map & Analytics

How do I open a project on the map? Click the Enter Map button in the project's row on the Projects page. This opens the full map view for that project.

Where can I see analytics for my project? Analytics documentation is coming soon. Once inside a project, look for the analytics and insights panels within the map view.

Account & Access

What is a support admin? A support admin is a user with elevated privileges who can see all projects across all companies. Support admins have an additional All Company Projects section on the Projects page with a Company column. See Support Admin View.

Where can I get support? Contact your SiteZeus account representative or use the live support chat within the application.
